Don’t be late for your own party! Use the Easy Party Countdown so your party will be ON TIME. Use this timetable to get everything done. You can enjoy your own party. Follow these ten Easy Steps to a Super Easy Party.

10. The Countdown BEGINS NOW!

Use the 12 SECRETS TO A SUPER EASY PARTYand the SUPERBIRTHDAYSUPPLYSHOPPER on SUPERBIRTHDAYSUPPLY.COM to develop your Party Plan within date, time, and budget.

9. Get menu and drink estimates from several venues. Include home cooking costs.

8. Select your location, menu, drinks and guests. Sign contracts and pay deposits, if required. Assess and secure any other supplies such as: Table and chair rentals, serving equipment, party games, favors, treat bags, gags, fun tricks, music, and entertainment.

7. ONE MONTH: Use the EZ Party Shopper to assess your party needs and to assist you in Easy fast ordering. Order accessories and supplies at least ONE MONTH prior to the party.

6. TWO-THREE WEEKS: Mail invitations with an RSVP deadline of at least ONE WEEK before the party or before the caterer’s deadline.

5. ONE WEEK: Based on the RSVP, contact your caterer or restaurant with your preliminary guest count. If you are preparing the food, assess the food and drink requirements and begin to purchase ingredients.

Order Birthday Cake or special desserts. Bake and decorate with themed Cake Pans, decorations, and icings. Everyone loves their favorite character cakes.

Confirm all deliveries of ordered items.

4. THREE DAYS: If you are preparing the food, complete any make ahead items. If party is catered or at a restaurant, submit the final guest count.

3. TWO DAYS: Setup party rooms(s) with tables and chairs, table covers

table ware, centerpieces, signs, balloons, and decorations.

2. ONE DAY: Assemble serving equipment, drink/bar necessities. Pick up preordered items as birthday cakes and desserts. Finish decorating, and confirm all deliveries.

1. DAY OF PARTY

A. PARTY DATE: AM:

Complete any make ahead food items. Make sure you have servers or helpers. Get ice. Setup any game areas, party favors, treat bags, gags, fun tricks, music CDs and entertainment areas. Put beverages in refrigerator or ice chest to cool.

Put up a “WELCOME TO THE PARTY” door or lawn signs, personalized banners, or gags.

B. PARTY DATE: PM:

Prepare last minute food and drink items. If there is a buffet, set out serving bowls, ladles and tongs. Set up ice, Sterno and electrical warming trays. Put beverages and bar items on ice. Turn on the coffee maker.

Light candles and turn on appropriate lighting. Turn up the music and join the party
